Jellyfine is a sunset wine jelly. It concentrates the character and the elegance of the sunset wine of Château Virant. The fruit pectin gives it its delicate texture in a totally natural way. Its aromas of stewed fruits, quince and its lemony touch make it a real treat to accompany a foie gras. The jellyfine of Château Virant will also underline the flavors of a lightly grilled white meat or a cheese. This speciality can also be eaten on its own, on a slice of bread with a knob of butter.
