Picholine green olives are the stars of the table olives. Their fine and crunchy flesh will bring a touch of freshness to all your aperitifs. The secret? The work of our craftsmen. The fruit is picked in October, while it is still green. At that time, it does not yet contain oil. That's why the picholine has such a characteristic texture. Then we proceed to a respectful de-bitterization of the fruit before preserving it in brine, a mixture of water and salt, which allows it to keep all its freshness and its crunchiness. The green olives picholines will wake up your aperitifs.
