Dried tomato delights are a Mediterranean specialty. Prepared in the Provencal tradition, it replaces tomato coulis and enhances aperitifs. It is used on grilled toast, with a knob of mozzarella, a drop of olive oil and a few drops of salt. This product is also perfect with long-aged cheeses such as Comté, Gruyère, Cantal etc.
