The consumption of olive oil associated with a balanced diet, especially Mediterranean cuisine, reduces the risk of myocardial infarction.

Sunflower oil contains vitamin E, antioxidants and omega 6 which have health benefits. But, this oil should be consumed in moderation because it can cause an increase in bad cholesterol in the body.
