Our fig confit in olive oil brings together two queens of Provence: figs and olive oil. The fresh figs ripen patiently under the Mediterranean sun, waiting to be picked from June to August. The figs are then peeled before being stewed over a low heat. We then add just a little bit of our own olive oil produced right here on the estate. This is the secret of the special flavors of our fig confit. Cold, it pairs perfectly with foie gras or cheese. Hot, it serves as the ideal compliment to your homemade sauces. Our fig confit in olive oil is sure to satisfy all your desires, both savory and sweet.
