We decided to take this popular holiday wine and transform it. We took barrels of this wine and “forgot” it in the Provencal sun. For years. Our goal: to produce Provence sunset wine vinegar.

Time has done its job. Today, we are proud to present another quality product, the essence of Provence sunset wine. During this period of concentration and refinement, our Provence sunset wine has evolved into a savory vinegar, developing its own unique organoleptic characteristics, an intense brown color, and a slightly syrupy texture.

Y a t’il un degré alcoolique dans ce balsamique?

Il n'y a pas d'alcool résiduel dans notre vinaigre de vin cuit.
