Colombard
Learn more
This exceptional white wine, made exclusively from the Colombard grape variety, charms with its lively aromas of citrus (grapefruit, lemon), exotic fruit (mango, pineapple, lychee) and delicate floral and menthol notes. Its freshness on the palate and balanced acidity offer an unrivalled refreshing experience, prolonged by a fruity, thirst-quenching finish.
Our clay-limestone terroir enhances the aromatic potential of this original grape variety of the South-West region.
The Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP) is a genuine space of freedom and innovation for winegrowers in Provence, offering greater flexibility in the choice of grape varieties and growing practices, thus encouraging the expression of new approaches and viticultural creativity.
It was with this in mind that we chose to isolate the Colombard grape variety for our latest 2024 blending project. Its particularly fresh aromatic expression, marked by lively notes and great intensity, immediately appealed to the entire Château team. This decision reflects our desire to promote grape varieties with strong character and to offer a cuvée that's off the beaten track.
